摘　　要：考察了我省高校特困生体育活动和体育消费的状况 ,发现特困生没有“健康投资”的体育活动观念 ,但却存在“追赶时尚”的体育消费意识 ,并提出了关心、督导特困生体育活动和尊重、引导特困生体育消费的若干建设性意见。In this paper.the researchers have conducted a survey concerning the present situation of the poverty-striken students'sports activities and sports consumption in Hunan.They have found these college students have no conception of 'health investment'and that they do have the conception of 'following the fashion'. The researchers have put forward several constructive proposals such as paying attention to their sports activities and giving respect and guide to their sports consuption
