摘　　要：本文介绍了跨栏跑教学训练中动机、错觉、情绪、性格气质等心理障碍 ,提出要改善这一局面 ,应培养高度集中注意力 ,端正认识 ,侧重改变学生的认识心理能力 .Aiming to develop proper study methods and cultivate high concentrating ability, with emphaics on changing the psychological ability and attitudes of the students, this composition introduces the motive, illusion, morale features and personal temperaments of psychological barriers in the teaching training of hurdle race.
