摘　　要：首先利用弱理想 ,引入了弱全幂等环的概念 .接着讨论了弱全幂等环的存在性和性质 。The conception of weak completely idempotent rings is in troduced. And the existence and properties of weak completely idempotent rings is discussed. In addition, a means of constructing weak completely idempotent rings is given out.
