摘 要:青藏高原铁路 (格尔木~拉萨段 )自然环境条件异常严酷 ,平均大气压力只有 6 2kPa~ 5 4 4kPa(对应不同海拔 ) ,冬春季最低气温 (风险率 10 % )约为 - 2 5℃~ - 33℃。低气压和低气温均构成对机车轮周功率 (内燃牵引时 )和列车阻力的影响。基于相关参数和修正系数的分析和选择 ,文章阐明了高原铁路所需机车轮周功率和列车比功率与列车最高速度、保有加速度及列车质量之间的关系。结合青藏高原铁路情况 ,根据列车最高速度和保有加速度的推荐值得出青藏高原快速通过旅客列车和快速货物列车所需的列车比功率和机车轮周功率。这些建议值可用以选择或设计高原机车。文章中所提供的有关原则、方法和步骤也同样适用于其他铁路列车中的机车或动力车。The nature environmental conditions of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Railway (Golmud to Lhasa) are very severe, the average atmospheric pressure is only 62 kPa to 54 4 kPa (corresponding to various altitude) and the minimum temperature is only -25℃ to -33℃ in winter and spring. Low atmospheric pressure and temperature of surrounding air are both effected to locomotive output power at wheel rim and train resistance with diesel traction. Based on analysis and selection of the relative parameters and modified coefficients, the paper describes the relations of the locomotive output power at wheel rim and train power /mass ratio with maximum speed of train, holding acceleration and train mass for plateau railway. According to the recommended maximum train speed and the holding acceleration and in considering Qinghai-Tibet plateau Railway situation, it proposes the requirement of train power/mass ratio and locomotive output power at wheel rim for the quick passing passenger train and fast freight train on Qinghai-tibet plateau. These suggested values can be used to select or design locomotives for the plateau. The principle, method and steps described in this paper also applicable to other locomotives and motor cars of any railway trains.
