摘　　要：从建立船舶智能避碰系统所需要的角度出发，对船舶避碰过程中的会遇态势、避让责任、避让时机和避让行动等问题进行了分析和归类。This paper makes a starting point to meet the needs for establishing a Intelligent Avoidance Collision System by analyzing and categorizing on the vessel's encounter situations, responsibilities and occasions of avoidance collision and actions to avoid collision in the process of preventing collision.
