高等教育大众化与素质教育浅议

摘　　要：要适应高等教育大众化的发展,必须摆脱"千校一面,众人一面"的"计划教育"模式,在教育中体现"以人为本"和发展人的"自由个性"的教育理念。在高等教育阶段建立和推广学分制的教学管理机制,是推进高等教育大众化的当务之急,人的"自由个性"和全面发展的教育理念是马克思主义教育观的真谛,素质教育是其中应有之义。素质教育的关键不在于单列出个"美"来,而要在教育者的头脑中切实树立人的"自由个性"和全面发展的教育理念。在中国高等教育大众化进程中,高等职业教育是一支重要的方面军,应确立它在高等教育中应有的地位。建议对高等职业教育也实行学位制。In order to adapt to the development of popularization of higher education,the'Planned Education Model''one-face for a thousand schools and one face for all students'must be got rid of.We should incarnate a new education concept in the course of education,which being'considering people first'and developing a person' s'free personality'.To set up and popularize a credit hour supervision system at higher education stage is an urgent affair for colleges and universities to advance the popularization of higher education.It is the essence of Marxism education concept to develop a person's'free personality'and develop in an all-round way.Quality education should be included in this concept.The key to quality education does not he in a single word'beauty',but hes in the education concept in the educators' mind,which is to build up a person's'free personality'and to develop in an all-round way.In the course of popularizing higher education,higher vocational education is an important part. Higher vocational education should establish its position in higher education.It is suggested that degreed system be put into practice in higher vocational education.
