摘 要:探讨海洋霉菌M182菌株对自身次生代谢产物-抗真菌抗生素M182A抗性与该抗生素产量的关系;通过亚硝基胍、亚硝基胍加紫外线复合处理,选育到对该抗生素抗性有明显提高和抗生素发酵相对效价提高到244%的高产突变菌株.稳定性实验表明该突变株遗传稳定性良好.在液体发酵中,利用天然有机营养物质发酵效果优于合成化合物.The paper studied the relation between the biosynthesis of antibiolitic antibviolitcs M182A produced by marine mold strain M182 and the resistance of self-secondary metabolites. By UV and UV + NG complex mutation, The high resistance strains against M182A was obtained and whose relative potency increased to 244%. Subculture test indicated that the heredity character of the high productivity strains was stable. The test of liquid fermentation showed natural organ nutrient substances were advantageous to synthesis compounds. Certain temperature shock could improve the yield of M182A.
