摘 要:为研究电火花线切割加工中伺服进给状态 ,开发了一种间隙放电状态检测系统 ,对典型伺服进给状态下高速走丝电火花线切割加工过程进行了检测 ,并运用时序分析的方法对正常放电序列结构进行了辨识 .研究结果揭示了电火花线切割加工中伺服进给状态与间隙放电状态之间的关系 ,为实现其高速。Servo control state has a close relationship with cut speed and machining quality in the wire electrical discharge machining process. To study servo control state of the process, a new monitor system was developed to online identify gap states. Experiments were carried out under the different servo control states. The discharge sequences composed of the time ratios of normal discharge were studied by time series analysis method. The results show that the normal discharge sequence can be defined by a low order auto-regression model. When the gap size becomes small, the model order increases and the model parameters become large. Further study shows that it is a fast and effective method to compute the AR model residual to online judge the servo control state.
