摘　　要：从不同方面对高等学校人才交流中心的职能进行了探讨。我们认为高校人才交流中心是服务于高等教育和高校人事管理制度改革的。所以 ,加强开发人才交流中心的职能 。The function development of the talent exchange center of the universities is discussed from different aspects. It is believed that the talent exchange center is beneficial to the system reform of the higher education and the personnel management of the universities. Hence it is important to develop the function of the talent exchange center of the universities and to build up a talent internet system.
