复方中药CCM-AT13抗胃癌的作用机制

摘　　要：目的　研究复方中药 CCM- AT13对裸鼠胃癌荷瘤模型的治疗作用及机制 .方法　通过建立裸鼠移植瘤模型与瘤体内局部注射药物 ,采用大体、组织学、亚细胞学与细胞增殖动力学指标观察 CCM- AT13,5 - FU与华蟾素对移植瘤的治疗效果 ,研究 CCM- AT13作用机制 .结果　 CCM- AT13具有较强的肿瘤细胞杀伤作用和抑制作用 ,抑瘤率为 91.2 % ,抑瘤效果明显强于 5 - FU与华蟾素 ;CCM- AT13不仅可引起肿瘤组织坏死 ,抑制细胞增殖 ,还可增强局部免疫力 ,促进纤维组织增生 .结论　 CCM- AT13具有较强的抗肿瘤效果 ,有较大的临床应用价值 。AIM To investigate the effects and mechanism of a compound chinese traditional medicine (CCM AT13) on xenografted human gastric cancer. METHODS Nude mice tumor xenograft model, intratumor injection of drugs, histological study, ultrastructural morphological observation, flow cytometric analysis were employed. RESULTS CCM AT13 exerted potent cytocidal and cytostatic effects on gastric cancer cell. The tumor growth inhibiting rate in vivo was 91.21%, which was markedly higher than that of 5 FU and Huachansu injection. CCM AT13 also enhenced the immune function of nude mice, promoted fibrous tissue hyperplasia, inhibited cell multipolar division. CONCLUSION Since CCM AT13 is a potent antitumor drug, the study of its effects and mechanisms may supply a new theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of gastric cancer.
