膀胱移行细胞癌中cPKCα的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨cPKCα 与膀胱癌生物学行为之间的关系及意义。方法　采用WesternBlot技术检测 38例膀胱癌及癌周正常膀胱粘膜组织胞膜、胞浆中cPKCα 的表达。结果　1 与癌周正常膀胱粘膜组织相比 ,cPKCα 在膀胱癌中胞膜表达升高 ,胞浆表达渐降低 ,膜质比增高 (P <0 0 1) ;2 cPKCα随膀胱癌病理分级的升高 ,胞膜表达渐增高 ,胞浆表达渐降低 ,膜质比渐增大 (P <0 0 5 ) ;3 cPKCα 随膀胱癌临床分期的升高 ,胞膜表达渐增高 ,胞浆表达渐降低 ,膜质比渐增大 (P<0 0 0 1)。结论　cPKCα 在膀胱癌的发生发展过程中存在CKP膜转位 ,其表达与膀胱癌的恶性程度及患者预后关系密切。Objective To investigate the relationship between the classical protein kinase C alpha (cPKC α) and the biological behavior of bladder carcinoma. Methods Western Blot technique was used to detect the expression of cPKC α of tumor and normal tissues around the tumor in 38 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinomas.Results 1 compared with the normal tissues around the tumor, the expression of cPKC α of tumor tissues decreased in plasm and increased in membrane and the ratio of membrane/plasm increased significantly ( P <0 01); 2 As the pathological grade level increased, the differentiation degree reduced, the rxpression of cPKC α increased gradually in membrane and decrease in plasm and R M/P increase obviously ( P <0 05); 3 As the clinical stage level increased, the expression of cPKC α increased gradually in membrane and decrease in plasm and R M/P increased significantly ( P <0 001). Conclusion During the carcinogenesis of bladder neoplasm, cPKC α translocated to membrane. There is a close relationship between the malignant degree and prognosis of bladder carcinoma and the expression of cPKC α. $$$$
