摘　　要：目的　探讨bcl 2 ,bax,Ki 6 7在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法　采用免疫组织化学SP法检测bcl 2 ,bax ,Ki 6 7在胃癌中的表达。结果　bcl 2在胃癌中的阳性率为 2 1 43%(15 / 70 )。与非肿瘤胃粘膜相比 ,bax在胃癌中的表达显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。Ki 6 7指数随浸润深度的增加而增高。有淋巴结转移胃癌的Ki 6 7指数显著高于无转移者。结论　bcl 2的异常表达可能对胃癌特别是肠型胃癌的发生有重要作用。bax表达的显著下降可能与胃癌对化疗的反应差异有关。Ki 6 7的表达对胃癌的进展程度及其预后的评估有一定意义。Objective To investigate the eperession of bcl 2 ,bax and Ki 67 in human gastric carcinoma and its clinical implication.Methods bcl 2,bax and Ki 67 expressuons were detected in 70 cases of human gastric carcinoma using immunohistochemical techniques.Results bcl 2 was expressed in 21 43% of gastric carcinoma.Compared with non cancerous gastric mucosa,the bax expression was significantly decreased in gastric carcinoma.A trend of increasing Ki 67 index with depth of invasion was noted.The Ki 67 index in GC with lymph nodes metastasis(INM)was significantly higher than that without LNM.Conclusion The unssual expression of bcl 2 may play certain roleted to its poor response to its poor response to chemotherapeutic treatment.Ki 67 expression may be a good marker relating to tumor progression and prognosis.$$$$
