摘　　要：掌握特殊临床表现为首发症状的慢性粒细胞白血病 (CML)特点 ,有利于减少误诊的发生 ;应用血细胞分离技术清除循环血液中过度增多的粒细胞 ,能快速减轻患者痛苦 ,较单纯传统药物治疗作用快 ,该技术安全 ,副作用少。To understand special clinic symptoms of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) an reduce misdiagnosis Granulocyte exclusion can be used to clean out excessive granulocytes in blood stream in order to reduce patients painfulness rapidly Compared to the classical drug therapy,this method has a rapid effect,less side effects and its technique is safer
