摘  要:目的 观察 9 顺维甲酸 (9 cis RA)对肺鳞癌细胞周期及分化作用的影响。方法 采用流式细胞仪 (FCM )分析 9 cis RA处理前后L78和A2 两肺鳞癌细胞株各周期时相细胞比率 ,同时在光镜下观察用药前后细胞形态与结构的变化。结果 应用 9 cis RA后 ,L78和A2 两肺鳞癌细胞株G0 /G1期细胞比率较对照组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,S期细胞比率显著降低 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ;经 9 cis RA处理后 ,两肺鳞癌细胞株分化特征明显。结论  9 cis RA对两肺鳞癌细胞株具有抑制细胞分裂、诱导细胞分化的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of 9 cis Retinoic Acid (9 cis RA) on cell cycle and differentiation in L 78 and A 2 Lung squamous carcinoma cell lines. Method Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the rates of G 0/G, S and G 2/M phases cells before and after being treated with 9 cis RA in L 78 and A 2 Lung squamous carcinoma cell lines, and the morphology was also observed. Result Compared with control group, the rates of G 0/G phase cells were higher significantly ( P <0.01), the rates of S phase cells were lower significantly ( P <0.05~0.01) after being treated with 9 cis RA in L 78 and A 2 Lung squamous carcinoma cell lines, and features of cell differentiation were distict in two cell lines. Conclusion The results indicated that 9 cis RA could inhibit cell division and induce cell differentiation in L 78 and A 2 Lung squamous carcinoma cell lines.
