胃癌微血管密度与增殖细胞核抗原的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨胃癌及其周边正常组织微血管密度 (MVD)、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达差异和癌组织中MVD和PCNA的相关性。方法　应用免疫组化染色和图象分析方法对 43例晚期胃癌的癌组织及其癌旁正常粘膜MVD ,PCNA进行检测 ,同时检测其淋巴结转移组和非转移组该 2项指标表达情况。结果　癌组织内MVD值和PCNA阳性率显著高于其周边正常组织 (P <0 .0 1,<0 .0 5 ) ;MVD值与PCNA表达无相关性 ;淋巴结转移组MVD值与PCNA显著高于和非常显著高于非淋巴结转移组。结论　晚期胃癌组织微血管明显增生、PCNA活性明显增高 ,且在淋巴结转移组和非转移组之间差异显著。但肿瘤细胞内PCNA表达与MVD无直接因果关系。Objective To investigate the difference and mutual relationship between proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Microvessel Density (MVD) in advanced gastric carcinoma and surrounding tissues. Method 43 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma underwent surgical resection. Samples were taken from tumor site and paracancerous tissues, and immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of MVD and PCNA. Result (1)The average values of intratumour MVD was 50.75±22.25 in advanced gastric carcinoma; and it was 34.88±16.96 in normal mucosa of surrounding tissues (P< 0.05); (2) The positive rate of PCNA was 49.98±17.10 per cent in advanced gastric carcinoma; and was 36.53±11.58 per cent in normal mucosa of surrounding tissues (P<0.01); (3) The expression of MVD and PCNA were different significantly between lymph node metastasis cases and without lymph node metastasis (P<0.01、P<0.05); (4) There were not correlation between MVD and the positive rate of PCNA (r=-0.071 59) in intratumour. Conclusion MVD and PCNA are obviously higher and no correlation between MVD and PCNA in advanced gastric carcinoma.
