摘 要:采用一次烧成工艺制备掺施主杂质 Nb2O5和受主杂质Ag2O的SrTiO3电容-压敏复合功能陶瓷.分析了 Ag2O掺杂对 SrTiO3陶瓷电学性能的影响,采用 XPS和 EPMA分析方法确定了 Ag的结构状态。研究结果表明,Ag+离子存在于烧结助剂形成的晶界非晶相中,对SrTiO3 晶粒的半导化状况未产生显著影响。氧化热处理过程中Ag+离子低价取代晶粒表面的Sr2+离子而形成晶界受主态,是产生晶界Schottky势垒及复合功能效应的重要原因。SrTiO3 multifunction ceramics with Nb2O5 and Ag2O doped as donor dopant and acceptor dopant respectively is fabricated by a single-sintering process. The influence of doped Ag2O on the electrical properties of SrTiO3 ceramics are analyzed, while the structural condition of Ag is ascertained by XPS and EPMA. The results show that Ag+ ion distribute in grain-boundary amorphous phase originating from the melting of the sintering aids at high temperature, for which no remarkable influence on semi-conducting condition is observed in response to the doped Ag+ ion. The formation of grain-boundary acceptor state, due to the substitution of Sr2+ ion on grain surface by the diffused Ag+ ion during the oxidizing annealing, plays an important role in the generation of Schottky barrier and resultant multifunction effect.
