摘 要:根据木材干燥过程的原理和工艺要求 ,结合我国木材干燥生产的实际情况 ,并参考了国内外有关的研究成果 ,设计了木材干燥窑微机控制系统 ,该系统是以 MCS- 5 1单片机为控制主机 ,采用 PID算法的闭环实时在线控制系统。设计的硬件系统结构简单 ,操作方便 ,造价低廉 ,功能丰富。控制程序采用模块化结构 ,便于装配、调试和移植。该系统既可单独用于木材干燥窑的控制 ,也可作为集散系统的前级控制。Wood drying kiln controlled by micro computer system is devised according to the principle and technological requirement in wood drying process. It refers to the related research results home and abroad in the light of Chinas practical manufacture situation. In such system, the close loop, on line, real time and PID control is adopted with the MCS 51 single chip computer being the main processor. The designed hardware system is simple in structure, easy in operation, low in cost and versatile in function. The control program, based on the modularization structure, is convenient in assembling, adjusting and transplanting, which can be used not only for the control in wood drying kiln but also for the forward supervision control of TDCS & DMCS.
