宫颈癌和三度宫颈糜烂患者外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换频率的研究

摘　　要：作者对13例宫颈癌、15例三度宫颈糜烂患者和15例正常人外周血淋巴细胞SCE频率进行了研究。结果表明:宫颈癌、三度宫颈糜烂患者的SCE频率均非常显著的高于正常对照组(p<0.01)。还发现,宫颈癌和三度宫颈糜烂患者之间SCE频率亦有极显著性差异(p<0.01)。某些三度宫颈糜烂患者SCE频率的显著增高,可能预示着癌变危险性的增大。The author studied SCE frequency of peripheral blood lymphocytes in cervical carcinoma (13 cases); cervical erosion Ⅲ degree (15 cases) and normal subject (15 cases). The result showed that the SCE frequency in cervical carcinoma and cervical erosion Ⅲ degree is much higher than that in normal subjects (p<0.91). It was also showed that the SCE frequency between cervical carcinoma and cervical erosion Ⅲ degree was significantly different(p<0.01).
