珍珠菜脂溶性部位的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的　研究珍珠菜全草的化学成分。方法　利用柱层析色谱法 ,从珍珠菜中分离出 4个化合物 ,并根据理化性质和UV、IR、NMR、MS等光谱技术 ,对其进行了结构鉴定。结果　 4个化合物分别为山奈素 3 O 葡萄糖苷 (I)、柚皮素 4’ O 葡萄糖苷(II)、豆甾醇 (III)、羽扇豆醇 (IV)。结论　化合物II、III、IV为首次从珍珠菜中得到 ,为该药的开发利用提供了信息。Aim To study the constituents of Lysimachia clethroide Duby.Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by using column chromatography with silica gel.These compounds were identified by their physical and spectral data.Results Four compounds were identified as kaempferol 3 O glucopyranoside (I),naringin 4' glucoside (II), stigmasterol (III),lupeol (IV).Conclusion Compound II?III?IV were obtained first time from this plant.
