摘　　要：目的　了解中国青少年的生殖健康教育现状并提出相应策略。方法　复习 7年来在中国杂志及会议文件汇编中刊登过的有关青少年生殖健康教育的文章 ,并分析部分城市的中期引产案例。结果　北京绝大部分被调查的少女不了解女性生殖系统的解剖和生理。约半数北京青年不了解性传播疾病的预防知识。中国青少年中婚前性行为率及中期人工流产率较高。大部分农村高中生缺乏基本的性生理知识 ,不经常洗外生殖器。结论　中国青少年的生殖健康教育亟待加强。校内教育应与校外教育 (家庭教育、社会教育 )相结合。“青春期星光自护行动”、“健康少女课堂”等活动是成功的尝试 ,值得推广。应建立生殖健康促进学校网络。Objective To analyze the current status of reproductive health education for adolescents in China and study relevant strategies Methods Articles with contents involved in reproductive health education published in journals and proceedings in recent seven years in China were reviewed Cases of mid-term artificial abortion in several hospitals in Beijing and Bengpbu, Anhui Province, were analyzed Results The overwhelming majority of interviewed young girls in Beijing failed to correctly described the anatomy and physiology of female genital system About half of the young females in big cities in China knew little about STD The premarital sex rate and artificial abortion rate were rather high 1/3 to 1/2 cases of cases undergoing mid-term artificial abortion was teenagers In rural areas, most of teenage students lacked knowledge of basic sex physiology and health, and failed to wash their external genitals regularly Conclusion Reproductive health education in China is to be strengthened School reproduction health education should be integrated with after-school education, including family education and social education in different forms The contents to be educated should be in light of the age For middle school students, emphasis should be placed on basic knowledge of reproductive health, such as anatomy and physiology of reproductive system, After-school educational forms, such as 'Healthy Young Girls' Class' and 'Adolescent Star Light Self-protection Action' are successful activities and worth spreading A network of reproductive health promotion schools should be established
