超声诊断小网膜囊增厚的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:评价小网膜囊增厚对胰腺和腹部疾病的诊断价值。方法:病例组58例,对照组25例。超声扫查中上腹部,检测胃胰间距,显示胰腺前方异常回声。同期做CT和淀粉酶测定。结果:对照组小网膜囊不显示。病例组小网膜囊增厚0.4cm～5.0cm,胃胰间出现异常回声长4.0cm～10.0cm。其中急性胰腺炎47例(81.03％),腹腔转移性肿瘤3例(5.17％),胰腺损伤3例(5.17％),胃穿孔 1例,腹膜炎和腹腔结核各2例。结论:正常小网膜囊不显示。当小网膜囊增厚和出现异常回声时提示胰腺和腹腔异常。Objective:To evaluate the abnormal lesser omental bursa by ultrasound. Methods: Therewere 20 cases of contrast and 58 of patients. The distance of stomach and pancreas was measured the ab-normal echo of omental bursa. Results: Omental bursa was not displayed in colltrast. The patients omentalbursa were thick 0.4cm～5.0cm and lengthy 4.0cm～10cm,47 of pancreastitis, 3 of transmuted tumors,3 of pancreases trauma, and 2 of peritonitis and peritoneal tuberculosis each. Conclusion: The thickeninglesser omental bursa was pancreases and peritonel lesion.
