摘　　要：目的 探讨经心包内血管处理方式行肺切除术治疗中央型肺癌。方法 回顾总结1988年～1998年用经心包内血管处理方式行肺切除术治疗、中央型肺癌83例 ,并分析疗效、适应证、术式、并发症。结果 1年、3年、5年生存率分别为42.5%、32.8 %和23.1 %。结论 此法可提高肺切除率、根治率 ,增加手术安全性 。Objective To explore the effect of intrapericardial vascular management in the surgical treatment of lung cancer. Methods Pneumonectomy was performed by dealing with major pulmonary vessels inside the pericardium in 83 cases of central lung cancer. Results The 1-, 3-, 5-year survival rates were 42.5%(31/73), 32.8%(20/61) and 23.1%(12/52) respectively. Conclusion Intrapericardial vascular management could raise the pulmonary resection rate and the radical operation rate, and increase the security of the operation in the surgical treatment of lung cancer.
