摘　　要：目的 评价应用大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击法 (Methylprednisolonepulsetherapy,MPPT)治疗无光感球后视神经炎的疗效。方法 对8例 (9眼 )急性球后视神经炎持续无光感1～13天患者采用MPPT加球后注射治疗。结果 全部病例脱离无光感 ,随访6个月～5年 ,视力达到0.1～0.22眼 ,0.3～0.64眼,0.81眼,1.52眼。结论 大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗急性无光感球后视神经炎能有效阻止病情发展 。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of large dose Methylprednisolone in the treatment of retrobulbar neuritis without light perception. Methods Large dose methylprednisolone vein instillation combined with retrobulbar injection were given to 8 cases (9 eyeballs) of retrobulbar neuritis. Results Light perception was rehabilitated for all suffered eyeballs. During 3 months to 5 years follow-up, vision acuity had been 0.1～1.5 (2 eyes 0.1～0.2, 4 eyes 0.3～0.6, 1 eye 0.8, 2 eyes 1.5). Conclusion Large dose Methylprednisolone pulse therapy was effective in the treatment of retrobulbar neuritis without light perception.
