年龄对视动性眼震影响的定量分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨年龄对视动性眼震 (OKN)的影响。方法　选择 15 0例正常成人 ,其中男 46例 ,女 10 6例。按年龄分成 3组 :2 0～ 39岁、40～ 5 9岁、6 0～ 79岁 ,每组 5 0人。均在 3种不同的试验条件下进行 OKN测试。结果　 3种试验条件下 6 0～ 79岁组的增益值 (Gain,平均慢相速度和靶速度的比值 )均低于 2 0～ 39岁组及 40～ 5 9岁组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　年龄对Objective To investigate the influence of age on optokinetic nystagmus(OKN). Methods One hundred and fifty healthy volunteers (male 46,female 104),whose age ranging from 20 to 79 years old,served as normal subjects. They were divided into 3 groups by age,ie,20~39,40~59,60~79.Fifty persons were included in each group. OKN tests were performed in all subjects under 3 kinds of condition. Results Under 3 kinds of conditions,the Gains of OKN test in 60~79 year old group were smaller than those of the other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Age significantly affects the major parameter (Gain) of OKN test.
