摘　　要：目的 :评估14 C -尿素呼气试验 ( 14 C -UBT)对幽门螺旋杆菌的诊断价值。方法 :对 2 0 8例临床怀疑为胃及十二指肠疾病的患者进行呼气试验 ,胃镜下取胃窦黏膜做病理切片与尿素酶染色阳性为幽门螺旋杆菌 (Hp)感染的对比指标。结果 :14 C -UBT对Hp感染检出的灵敏度为 95 1 4% ,特异性为 94 33%。结论 :14 C -UBT在胃肠道Hp感染检测中具有良好的灵敏度及特异性 ,方法简便可靠 ,易于临床推广。Objecteve:To study a method of 14 C- u rea breath test and to assess the value of Helicobacter pylori in infection.Meth ods:Hp positive patients were defined either by positive pathology slice up or b y positive rapid urease test of endoscopic biopsy specimens 208 patients with s uspected peptic disease were underwent 14 C- urea breath test.Results:Th e sensitivity and specificity was of the test for detecting Hp infection 95.14% and 94.33% respectively.Conclusions:This study suggests that 14 C- urea b reath test is a simple and reliable method for detection of Hp infection and is of high sensitivity and specificity.
