摘　　要：目的　为研究胃癌组织中CD44v6、nm2 3的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法　采用免疫组化方法中的S P法检测 5 4例胃癌组织中CD44v6、nm2 3的表达。结果　胃癌组织中CD44v6的阳性率为 6 4.8%,nm2 3的阳性率为 70 .4%。CD44v6、nm2 3的表达率与胃癌的组织学类型、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关。结论　检测CD44v6、nm2 3在胃癌中的表达对判断胃癌的恶性程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有一定价值。Objective To study the relationship between expressions of CD44v6 and nm23 and clinical pathological characterizations in gastric cancer. Methods 54 cases of gastric cancer were investigated by using S-P immunohistochemical technique .Results The positive rates of CD44v6 and nm23 were 64.8% and 70.4% respectively . The positive rates of CD44v6 and nm23 were correlated with histological types,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.Conclusion The detection of CD44v6 and nm23 was valuable in the evaluation of differential degree,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasif of gastric cancer.
