非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清肿瘤坏死因子受体的测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者血清可溶性坏死因子受体(sTNFR)变化及其意义。方法：采用夹心酶联法测定30例NHL患者血清sTNFR水平，并以18例正常人作对照。结果：NHL患者血清sTNFR水平显著升高，与正常对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论：sTNFR的异常分泌可能是NHL细胞增殖的一个重要因素。Objective: To study the changes in leves of serum tumor necrosis factor receptors (sTNFR) and its clinical significance in patients of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Methods: The levels of serum sTNFR were detected with radioimmuno-precipitation-polyethylene glycol assay in 30 NHL patients and 18 normal subjects were used as controls. Results: The levels of serum sTNFR in NHL patients were obviously increased, showing significantly difference compared with normal controls. Conclusion: the abnormal secretion of sTNFR may be one important factor leading to NHL cell growth.
