指针合谷在结肠镜检中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :评价指针合谷在结肠镜检时对患者腹痛、腹胀的改善及对镜检时间的影响。方法 :将313名门诊结肠镜检患者依单双号分为指针组及对照组施以结肠镜检。结果 :指针组在过乙状结肠时 ,治疗后较治疗前疼痛级别极显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ;在过横结肠时 ,指针组疼痛级别在治疗前较对照组显著降低 (P <0 0 5) ,在治疗后指针组疼痛级别极显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ;指针组镜检时间较对照组有显著缩短 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :结肠镜检时对合谷施用指针可有效减轻结肠镜检时患者的不适 。Purpose To observe effects of finger pressing at Hegu(LI 4) on abdominal pain,abdominal distension of patients and clonoscopy needed time in colonoscopy.Methods Three hundred and thirteen out patients were assigned to finger pressing group and control group for colonoscopy.Results In the finger pressing group the pain grade after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment when the colonoscope passed the sigmoid colon( P<0 01 ),and the pain grade before treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group( P<0 05 ) when it was passed the transverse colon,and after treatment,the pain grade was decreased significantly( P<0 01 );the colonoscopy needed time was significantly shortened ( P<0 05 ) as compared with the control group.Conclusion Finger pressing at Hegu(LI 4) can effectively relieve discomfort induced by colonoscopy and shorten the colonoscopy needed time of the patient.
