Bcl-2在涎腺增生性疾病中的表达

摘　　要：目的 :观察 Bcl- 2抗凋亡基因在涎腺肿瘤性增生与炎性增生中的表达 ,探讨 Bcl- 2对涎腺肿瘤发生、发展的作用机制。方法 :采用免疫组化 (SP)法 ,研究 39例涎腺肿瘤与涎腺炎症性增生性病变。结果 :涎腺肿瘤与炎性增生性组织中均有 Bcl- 2表达。涎腺良性肿瘤混合瘤中强阳性表达率为 6 2 .5 % ,而炎性增生性组织中强阳性表达率仅为 12 .5 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。恶性肿瘤中 Bcl- 2表达率较良性混合瘤表达率下降 ,但无显著差异。结论 :Bcl- 2表达与涎腺肿瘤性增生密切相关。Bcl- 2对良恶性肿瘤的影响不同。在良性肿瘤中 Bcl- 2强阳性表达抑制细胞凋亡 ,促进肿瘤生长 ,在恶性肿瘤中 Bcl- 2强阳性表达主要与癌分化有关。Objective:To observe the expression of Bcl-2 protein in salivary gland tumor hyperplasia and inflammatory hyperplasia.Methods:In 39 cases of salivary gland hyperplastic lesions,Bcl-2 protein overexpression was detected by immunohistochemical mothod(sp).Result: Both in salivary gland tumor and inflammatory hyperplasia,Bcl-2 positive staining were found in plasma, the stronger-positive expression of Bcl-2 protein was 62.5% in mixture tumor,12.5% in inflammatory hyperplasia,respectively.There was high difference between two groups(P<0.05),but there was no high difference between mixture tumors and malignant tumors.The stronger expression of Bcl-2 was detected in well differentiation carcinoma composed to poor differentiation carcinoma.Conclusion:Bcl-2 can act as stronger apoptosis-inhibiting function in early salivary gland tumor genesis, the stronger experession of Bcl-2 protein is an important active hyperplasial signal of benign tumor cell,and Bcl-2 stronger expression related to differentiation of cancer cells.
