经皮下埋藏泵联合注射化疗药和白介素2对肝癌治疗作用的观察

摘　　要：目的 :通过对原发性肝癌术中置肝动脉泵皮下埋藏的病人术后泵内注射化疗药的同时注入白介素 2的过程观察对治疗作用的影响。方法 :36例随机分成两组 :一组给予注射化疗药 ,另一组同时给予 IL - 2 ,用药前、三个疗程后分别行流式细胞仪测定淋巴细胞的表型并对化疗的副反应进行对比分析。结果 :用药后联全用药组比单用化疗组外周血 CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD5 6 +明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。且化疗副反应较小。结论 :IL - 2与化疗联合应用组比单用化疗组具有提高机体免疫机能的作用。且可减轻化疗副反应以提高疗效。Objective:To observe the affections on the treatment of hepatic cancer by injection of chemicals with IL-2 via Subcutaneous embeded hepatic artery chematheraputic pump.Methods:Tirty-six patients with PHC embeded in subcutaneous chematheraputic pump were divided into two groups at random.IL-2 and chemicals were injected in one group.The other group was only injected by chemicals.Before and after three courses of injections the expressed peripheral lymphocytes types were separately tested and analyzed as well as chematheraputic sideactions.Results:the CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD56+ were significantly higher in the group of injected by IL-2 with chemicals after injection than in the group of injected only by chemical medicines.(P<0.05) and there was a less side-action in the group of injected by IL-2 with chemicals.Conclusion:Better immune functions were obtained in the group of injected by IL-2 with chemicals than in the group of injected only by chemical medicines and the side-actions were diminished.
