平阳霉素治疗颌面部等血管瘤520例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：总结平阳霉素（ＰＹＭ）瘤内注射颌面部各种血管瘤的疗效。方法：收集１９９４－０１～２０００－０１，用ＰＹＭ注射治疗颌面部海绵状、草莓状和混合性等血管瘤 ５２０例。 ７～１０ｄ注射１次，３～５次为一疗程。结果：经６个月～６年随访，治愈和基本治愈率为８６．５４％，好转１１．７３％，３种血管瘤治愈和基本治愈率分别为９８．１８％、８６．２７％、７７．８５％。葡萄酒色斑的基本治愈率只有１１．７６％。结论：ＰＹＭ治疗海绵状、草莓状和混合性血管瘤疗效高，疗程短，是一种简便、安全的有效方法。Objective: To evaluaate the effect of pingyangmycin(PYM ) in the treatment of cavernous hemangioma, strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma in the oro-maxillo-facial region. Methods:The medical records of 520 patients with hemangioma in oro-maxillo-facial region between January 1994 and January 2000 were reviewed. Pingyangmycin(<4mg) was injected into the cavity or in the circumference of the hemangiomas every 7 - 10 d for 3 - 5 times. The patients were followed up for 6 months -6 years. Results:In the 520 cases the cure and elementary cury rates of cavernous hemangioma, strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma were 91. 18%, 86.27% and 77.85 % respectively, and the elementary cure rate of the grape wine colour stains capillary hemangioma was 11.76%. No serious complication was observed. Conclusion: Pingyangmycin inecteion is safe, simple and effective in the treatment of cavernous hemangioma, strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma in the oro-maxillo-facial region.
