摘　　要：针对开架借阅特点 ,依据读者需求 ,从书库环境、自动化水平。Focusing on the features of open shelf services and the needs of readers,the measurement and evaluation of open shelf service are analyzed in several aspects:the environment of stack rooms,the automation level,the library staff and document resources.
