摘　　要：在成功开发一套MRPII软件系统的基础上 ,本文对整个盘点管理策略及软件开发进行了研究。在盘点次数问题方面提出了自己的见解 ,分析了所设置的符合企业现状的 3种盘点类型 。On the base of successfully developing a MRPII software system,the author researched inventory manage's strategy and the software developement.On the point of inventory times,the author refer to this paper's opinion. The author also analyse three inventory types according to the enterprise's situation and give advice how to reduce inventory's affect on manufacture.
