摘 要:目的 观察PCNA及CK34 βE12在前列腺癌鉴别诊断中的应用。方法 采用链霉素 生物素 (SP)免疫组织化学方法。结果 平均PCNA增殖指数 31例前列腺癌是 0 5 5± 0 2 3,2 0例前列腺增生症是 0 31± 0 19,P <0 0 5。CK34 βE12表达前列腺癌均为阴性 ,前列腺增生有 19例阳性表达 ,1例阴性 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 前列腺癌中PCNA表达高于前列腺增生 ,有显著差异。前列腺癌CK34 βE12表达阴性 ,对明确前列腺疾病的良恶性诊断有帮助。在增生活跃的前列腺疾病中PCNA与CK34 βE12联合检测有助于与癌的鉴别。Objective To study the role of proliferating cell nuclear a nt igen PCNA and anti-cytokeratin antibody 34βE12 in the differential diagnosis o f prostate cancers. Methods 31 cases of prostate carcinoma and 20 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia were studied with immunohistochemical te chnique(SP). Results In 31 prostate cancers the average PCNA in dex was 0.55±0 23 and that in 20 cases of benign hyperplasia was 0.31±0 19 ( P <0 05). CK34βE12 expression was negative in all prostate cancers but i s positive in 19 out of 20 benign hyperplasia patients ( P <0 001). Conclusion PCNA expression is significantly higher in prostate cancer than in benign hyperplasia patients. CK34βE12 is negative in cancer pati ents but is 95% pasitive in benign hyperplasia patients. The combined detection of PCNA and CK34βE12 is very useful in the differential diagnosis of prostate diseases
