摘 要:目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)及其受体与膀胱移行细胞癌的微血管密度及肿瘤分级的关系。方法 免疫组织化学Envision法检测 40例膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡标本 ,分析肿瘤组织中VEGF、Flk 1、Flt 4、Ⅷ因子的表达与膀胱肿瘤病理分级的关系。结果 40例BTCC中Ⅷ因子染色阳性率 10 0 % ,不同病理分级的膀胱肿瘤之间微血管密度无显著性差异。VEGF、Flk 1、Flt 4在Ⅱ级癌的肿瘤细胞中表达率最高 ,Flt 4在肿瘤间质中与肿瘤分级密切相关 ,Ⅱ级癌和Ⅲ级癌高于Ⅰ级GTCC(P =0 0 1)。VEGF的表达与Flk 1、Flt 4相关 (相关系数分别为 0 5 5和 0 37) ,Ⅷ因子的表达与Flk 1相关 (相关系数为 0 30 )。结论 Flt 4的表达升高与膀胱肿瘤的恶性程度相关 ,可以作为膀胱肿瘤的预后因子。Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular en dothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptors and the tumor grade and angiogenesis o f bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC). Methods Immunohis tochemistry method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and its receptors F lk-1, Flt4 in buffer-embedded specimens of 40 cases of BTCC. The relation of i ts expression to the pathological grade and tumor microvascular density (MVD) w as analyzed. Results The expression of Ⅷ factor was positive i n all 40 cases. There was no significant difference in the expression rate among the grades of BTCC. VEGF and Flk-1,Flt-4 were significantly high in tumor cel ls of Grade Ⅱ BTCC. in tumor matrix, Flt-4 was signifiantly high in Grade Ⅰ ( P =0 01). Expression of VEGF was corelated with Flk-1 and Flt-4, and Ⅷ fa ctor was only related to Flk-1. Conclusion Flt-4 increases wi th the degree of malignancy of BTCC. Thus, it can be used as a predictor of prog nosis of tumor development, while the expression of VEGF has no definite relatio n with the Grade of BTCC
