摘　　要：目的 :观察角膜放射状切开术 (RK)后屈光的长期稳定性问题 ,为临床手术提供指导。方法 :选择有完整的资料并由一人进行RK手术的患者 48例 (96只眼 ) ,由专人对随访患者进行检查 ,详细记录视力、屈光度及眼部的临床情况。结果 :48例 (96只眼 )患者 ,术后 5～ 8年平均屈光度为 (- 2 .14± 2 .36 )D ,与术后 1周时的 - 0 .6 8D有差别 (P <0 .0 0 1)。高度近视与中度近视在RK术后 5～ 8年的屈光度变化分别为 (- 1.86± 2 .0 6 )D和 (- 0 .94± 1.0 6 )D ,差别有显著的意义 ,P <0 .0 5。术后 5～ 8年 ,96只眼的平均屈光度变化为 (- 1.46± 1.75 )D ,与Waring和Sawelson的研究比较 ,差别有显著性。结论 :本组患者的随访结果显示 ,RK术后仍有向近视发展的倾向 ,尤其是高度近视。Objective:To determine the long term stability of refractive error after radial keratotomy for myopia.Methods:From a group of 331 patients who had been operated on by one doctor, we chose 48 patients(96 eyes) who had complete initial and follow up data. There were 31 males and 17 females and the mean age at the time of surgery was 30 years. The doctor who followed up on all of the patients performed visual acuity and refractive exams and recorded clinical symptoms.Results:For 48 patients, the mean refractive error was (-2.14±2.36)D after a period of 5 to 8 years after surgery, compared with -0.68D at 1 week. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). The refractive error for all eyes changed in the myopic direction by -1.46D. The mean change for patients with severe myopia was (-1.86±2.06)D and -0.94±1.75 for the moderate myopia. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:These results suggest that the eyes change refractive power after radial keratotomy and become more myopic, especially in severe myopia.
