摘　　要：目的　分析总结第四脑室肿瘤的手术方法与治疗效果。方法回顾分析２０例第四脑室肿瘤的坐位手术效果。结果坐位手术胆脂瘤７例，星形细胞瘤５例，实质性血管网织细胞瘤和室管膜瘤各４例；肿瘤全切除６例，次全切除４例，术后均恢复良好。结论第四脑室肿瘤采用坐位手术切除，暴露充分，治疗效果良好，无严重的并发症。Objective To analyze surgical method and its therapeutic effect on tumor in the fourth ventricle. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 20 cases of fourth ventricalar tumor surgically treated in sitting position. Results Patients were all well recovered, including 7 cases of cholesteatoma, 5 cases of ostrocytoma, 4 cases of solid hernangioblastoma, 4 cases of ependyrmoma. 16 cases were totally removed, and 4 cases subtotally removed. Conclusion Removing tumor in the fourth ventricle in sitting position can be used due to resultant good efficacy without serious side-effects.
