摘　　要：多角化经营战略是寻求企业未来发展的重要途径 ,它包括同心多角化、水平多角化、集团多角化三种模式。分析我国企业多角化经营战略中出现的种种问题 ,才能避免陷入多样化发展的陷阱 。As a promising approach to furthering business, the multi-angulate strategy falls into three categories: concentric type, horizontal type and holistic one. An analysis on the various problems arising in the practice of the multi-angulate strategy in our country will help avoid being trapped in the diversification process and achieve a rapid growth.
