摘 要:目的 测定国产补钙剂L -苏糖酸钙、葡糖酸钙、柠檬酸钙和碳酸钙相同给药剂量一次口服后大鼠2 4小时内下颌骨钙的沉积量。方法 放射性45 Ca标记的钙制剂示踪 ,通过测定下颌骨放射性强度 (Bq) ,计算出单位重量颌骨钙的沉积量。结果 成年大鼠颌骨钙沉积量与钙制剂的给入量成正比 ,不同钙制剂在颌骨中的沉积量不同。结论 适量地服用钙制剂对颌骨钙沉积有益。Objective To determine the depositing quantites in rat's jaw of sedimentary calcium agents including calcium L-threonate,Calcium gluconate,Calcium citrinate and Calcium carboate after 24 hours with oral administration by rat one time (200mgCa·kg -1 ).Methods Through tracing with radioactive 45 Ca-labelled,We could determine radiation intensity (Bq) and calculate depositing quatities of calcuim per unite weight in jawbone (μgCa·g -1 jawbone).Results In adult rat,the depositing quantity of calcium was in directe proportion to the dosage of abminstration.If sedimentary calcium was different,the depositing quantity was different,too.Conclusion Appropriate administration of sedimentary calcium agents is helpful to calcium deposite in jawbone.
