安氏Ⅱ1类矫治前后的模型分析

摘　　要：目的　观察安氏Ⅱ1类病例矫治前后牙弓的形态变化。方法　选择安氏Ⅱ1类均拔除 4颗第一双尖牙病例 ,取矫治前后石膏模型 ,测量模型的牙弓宽度、长度、腭盖高度 ,Spee曲线变化。测得数值经统计学处理。 结果　①上下牙弓宽度矫治前后有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。②上下牙弓长度 ,治疗后前段变化不明显 ,中段及后段的牙弓长度有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。③上颌腭盖深度矫治后较矫治前稍有增加。④Spee曲线治疗后明显变小 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　方丝弓桥治技术中对支抗牙进行控制 ,移动牙齿时应用适当的矫治力及深覆牙合患者减小其Spee曲线是矫治成功的关键所在。Objective To investigate the changes in the dental arch shape after the orthodontic treatment for the cases with Class Ⅱ divistion 1 malocclusion.Methods 13 patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were selected.The first premolars were extracted for all patients.Before and after the treatment,study models were cast.Width and the length of the dental arch together with the height of the palate and the depth of the spee curve were measured.All the data were analyzed using proper statistical methods.Results ①The width of the dental arch changed significantly after the treatment (P< 0.05 ).②The middle and posterior length of the dental arch changed very significantly (P< 0.001 ).③The height of the palate increased slightly after the treatment.④The depth of the spee curve decreased obviously (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion Good anchorage control,proper orthodontic force and sufficient reduction of spee curve might lead to an effective application of edgewise appliance.
