摘　　要：研究重组白细胞介素 (r IL - 2 )治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎 (HSK)的疗效及预防复发的作用。方法 :将确诊的 HSK患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 38例在应用无环鸟苷滴眼液同时联合 r IL - 2局部及全身应用 ;对照组 30例单纯应用无环鸟苷治疗。治愈后均随访 2年。结果 :联合用药治疗组的病程较对照组明显缩短 (P<0 .0 1)。随访结果显示 ,治疗组的复发率较对照组明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :临床应用 r IL - 2联合抗病毒药物治疗 HSK疗效明显 ,可缩短病程、降低复发率。临床观察无明显不良反应。Objectives: To study the effect of rIL-2 in the treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis (HSK) and its prognostic effect in the recurrence of HSK. Methods: Patients of HSK were parted into 2 groups randomly. 38 cases in the experiment group were treated with combination application of acyclovir and rIL-2, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with acyclovir simply. The patients were followed up for one and half year. Results: The therapy course of the experiment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.01). The recurrence rate of the experiment group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Using rIL-2 combined with antivirus drugs for HSK can decrease the time of therapy and reduce recurrence rate.
