高度近视并发性白内障人工晶体植入后视力康复的相关因素分析

摘　　要：探讨高度近视白内障人工晶体植入术后视力康复的相关因素。方法 :统计分析 42例 (6 6眼 )高度近视白内障患者行 ECCE+IOL 术 (38眼 )和 PHACO+IOL术 (2 8眼 )后视力康复与性别、年龄、眼轴、手术方式的关系。结果 :术后最佳视力 (含矫正 ) :≥ 0 .3者 5 0眼 (78.5 % ) ,≥ 0 .5者 2 2例 (33% )。其中视力大于等于 0 .5的患者眼轴多 <30 mm(2 1眼 )。结论 :高度近视并发性白内障人工晶体植入术后视力康复程度与患者眼底变性程度、眼轴、术中操作技巧正相关 ,与年龄、性别、术式选择关系不大 ;高度近视白内障手术能明显提高患者视力 ,但因其并发症相对多 。Objective: To analyze the relative factors on the visual acuity after IOL implantation for cataract with high myopia. Methods: 42 cases (66 eyes) high myopia patients with ECCE+PC-IOL (38 eyes) and Phaco+FIOL (28 eyes) were checked to analyze the relationships between postoperative visual acuity and axial length, age, sexuality, corneal curvature and method of operation. Results: The visual acuity of 0.3 or better was obtained in 75.8%, 0.5 or better obtained in 33%(including 21 eyes with axial length of 30mm or more). Conclusions: The postoperative visual acuity were related to the pathologic changes of the fundus, axial length, skill of operation; but were not relative to age, sexuality and procedures of operation. Plenty of complications were occurred relatively, so it is worth on warning in running operation, although the operations were suitable for myopia with cataract.
