摘　　要：目的：探讨结肠癌合并肠梗阻的临床特点与外科治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析经手术治疗的３９例结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻病例，结合国内外文献，综合评价外科治疗方法。结果：Ⅰ期切除吻合２４例（６１．５％），术后无吻合口漏发生。结论：结肠癌合并肠梗阻，应尽可能Ⅰ期手术切除。Objective: To evaluate the clinical features and method of surgical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.Methods:Data of 39 patients with obstructive colon carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. With a review of recent domestic and foreign literatures,surgical treatment method was comprehensively evaluated.Results Among these patients,24 cases received one-stage resection and anastomosis,and without anastomosis fistula.Conclusion:To obstruction caused by colon cancer, one-stage resection and anastomosis may be done if possible.
