摘　　要：目的　探讨眼眶肿瘤致眼球突出的临床特征及相关因素。方法　总结门诊住院的眼眶肿瘤致眼球突出患者95 2例 ,分析临床表现及影像学检查。结果　 95 2例眼球突出患者中发病较多依次为血管性肿瘤、神经源性肿瘤及泪腺肿瘤等。眼球突出度较正常眼突出 2～ 7m m者最多。突出方向以轴性突出和前下方突出为主。结论　在眼眶肿瘤中血管性肿瘤、神经源性肿瘤及泪腺肿瘤是最常见致眼突的原因。眼突度多为 2～ 7m m ,以轴突及前下方为多 。Objective To research for the clinical characteristics and correlative factors of exophthalmos due to orbital tumors.Methods The clinical manifests and the photographic examinations records were retrospectively analyzed for 952 cases with exophthalmos by orbital tumors.Results The causes leading to exophthalmos were,in falling order,vascular tumors,neural tumors,lacrimal gland tumors.The exophthalmos measurement showed the degrees of the 952 cases were 2~7mm more than that of normal person.The mostly direction of exophthalmos were frontage,front and down.Conclusion The most familiar reasons of exophthalmos are vascular tumors,neural tumors,lacrimal gland tumors.The mostly direction of exophthalmos are frontage,front and down.The changes of the position of the eyeball are related to orbital tumors and the orbital volums.
