摘 要:将铟含量不同的Al-Si-Mg-In焊料与Al-Mn芯材制成复合带材,研究了钢对复合带性能的影响.结果表明:钢含量对焊料与芯材的热复合性能影响不大;当铟含量一低于0.027%时,焊料中铟含量越高复合带强度和钎焊性能越好;当wIn高于0.027%时,随焊料中钢含量的增加,复合带强度和钎焊性能反而下降;焊料中铟的最佳含量wIn为0.027%.Composite strips were prepared by the use of Al-Si-In solder with different indium contents and a Al-Mn core material. The effect of indium on the performance of composite strip was studied. The results show that indium content has a slight influence on the thermal compounding performance of the solder and the core material; the composite strip's strength and brazability increase (when WIn. is lower than 0. 027%) and decrease (when wIn is higher than 0. 027%) with the increase of indium content in the solder. The optimal indium content in the solder is 0. 027%.
