摘　　要：长链二元酸(DC11-DC18)一般是指碳链上含有十个以上碳原子的脂肪族二羧酸,有化学合成法和微生物发酵法两种工业生产方法。目前世界年产量约2500t,主要用于生产尼龙、工程塑料、涂料和香料等。我国长链二元酸的生产以DC13为主,生产能力在800t/a左右,DC16以上二元酸的生产在我国尚处于空白。由于供需缺口大,国际市场上出现只有报价,没有货源的紧俏局面。Long chain dibasic acids ( DC11-DC18 ) are commonly referred to the aliphatic dicarboxylic acid containing above 10 carbon atoms in carbon chain, it can be produced through two commercial processes chemical synthesis and microbial fermentation. At present, the world's capacity is 2500t/a, long chain dicarboxylic acid is mainly used in the production of nylon, engineering plastic, coating, flavors and etc. . The main product of long chain dicarboxylic acid is DC13 whose capacity is about 800 t/a at home, There is no production of dibasic acid above DC16 in china. Because of the big shortage in supply, there are quotations but no supply sources in the international market.
