水分胁迫对山黧豆萌发过程中β-ODAP和氨基酸的影响

摘　　要：山黧豆 ( L athyrus sativus)种子在萌发过程中 ,根芽中 β- N-草酰基 - L- 2 ,3-二氨基丙酸( β- ODAP) 6d前逐渐增加 ,尔后不断下降 ;在水分胁迫条件下 ,β- ODAP和游离氨基酸含量随水分胁迫的增加而上升。子叶中 β- ODAP在 3d前高于根芽 ,然后下降并低于根芽 ,子叶中 β-ODAP含量随着胁迫的增加而降低。During the process of Lathyrus seed germination,the content of β N oxaly1 L 2,3 Diaminopropanoic acid (β ODAP) in the radicle within 6 days before seed germination increased,and then decreased.As water stress increased,the content of β ODAP and free amino acids in the radicle was increased.the content of β ODAP in the cotyledon within 3 days before seed germination was higher than that of radicle,and then decreased.The content of β ODAP and amino acids in the cotyledon decreased as water stress increased.
