摘　　要：文章主要探讨了现代远程教育的性质与历史。综述了国内外在现代远程教育中的平台建设和系统资源建设情况，包括技术标准、基本工具与实现平台等。并在综述国内外情况的基础上，根据我国的国情，对我国进行现代远程教育建设提出了建议。： Properties，history of modern distance education are presented in this paper．We summarized the home and overseas platform building and system resources building on modern distance education，including technology criterion，basic tools，implementation platforms and so on．we put forward some suggestions on our country＇s modern distance education according to the summarization．
