摘　　要：1999年末 ,鞍钢第一炼钢厂炉下钢水渡车车轮发生多起断裂事故 ,通过认真的现场调研及一系列的分析与研究 ,认为主要是由于车轮材质没有达到钢号标准要求及车轮铸件没有经过相关处理造成的。建议车轮材质选用锻钢 65Mn为最好。At the end of 1999, ladle car wheels in AISC No.1 Steelmaking Plant experienced many fracture failures. Through careful on-site research and a series of analysis and research, it is concluded that the car wheel steel didnt meet the requirement of steel grade and wheel cast parts didnt't experience concerning treatments. The paper suggests that forge steel 65Mn should be used for wheels.
