摘　　要：目的　探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)骨髓侵犯时 ,淋巴瘤病理类型及瘤细胞形态学特点。方法　对 12 2例经病理确诊的初诊NHL骨髓涂片 ,经瑞士 吉姆萨染色后 ,进行形态学观察和分析。结果　NHL合并骨髓侵犯者共 42例占 3 4 .5%。其中骨髓浸润者 2 3例 ,合并瘤细胞白血病者 19例。结论　骨髓受侵可见于各型初诊NHL ,病理亚型以小淋巴细胞性及淋巴母细胞性淋巴瘤多见 ,骨髓中淋巴瘤细胞形态多变 。Objective To explore the subtypes of non Hodgkin`s lymphoma (NHL) susceptible to bone marrow invasion and the morphologic characteristics of NHL cells in bone marrow.Methods Bone marrow smears of 122 patients with previously untreated NHL was observed with Wright Giemsa staining under optical microscope.Results Of 122 patients with previously untreated NHL,42 patients (34.4%) was found to have bone marrow invasion,including 23 patients with bone marrow infiltration and 19 patients with Lymphosarcoma cell Leukemia.Conclusion Bone marrow invasion exists in various subtypes of NHL at presentation. The variable morphology of NHL cells in marrow sometimes constitutes a difficulty in differential diagnosis with other cells.
